They not only listen to what our customers say about their cars, but also have the ability to listen to the 'inner' Mercedes. Our exclusive focus on Mercedes-Benz and depth of experience enables us to make accurate diagnoses and provide fast, reliable service.

The skilled technicians at Ben's have made a professional commitment to their craft. Each member of our team has between 16 and 32 years of automotive technical experience. Mature and knowledgeable, these craftsmen could command positions at any Mercedes-Benz repair facility in the country.

With a commitment to quality car care, solid business practices, and a work environment specifically designed for the maintenance and repair of Mercedes, Ben's has attracted, and will continue to retain, the best technicians in the field.

	Jack Hicks technician 23 years with Ben's. Former racer and mechanic for Yamaha's USA racing team before a knee injury forced his retirement.
Barry Snider service manager 19 years with Ben's. Prepped open-wheel formula cars in the '70's and '80's. Formerly with Ferrari of Houston.
	Peter Keys technician 12 years with Ben's. 25 years in the business, with several years of Datsun 510 and B-Class road racing experience.
Tony Matisi technician 21 years with Ben's. Started his career with Ben's, and has successfully worked his way into a technician's position. Avid bicyclist.
	Billy Dubes technician helper 10 years with Ben's. Ten years experience, including warranty and finish work.
Eric Anderson technician's assistant, alignment specialist 14 years with Ben's. Experience dates back to helping out his Dad on major overhauls and transmission work.
	Antonio Gonzalez plant manager, tire mounting and balancing specialist Over 8 years with Ben's.
John Kamrath parts department 20 years with Ben's. Extensive management and inventory control experience in retail and hardware as well as automotive.
	Cherry (pronounced "Sherry") Whittrig scheduling and office manager 8 years with Ben's. Extensive management and inventory control experience in retail and hardware as well as automotive.
James Peschke technicican 3 years with Ben's. 25 years experience on German cars. Hobbies include jogging, cycling and hiking.
	Daniel Cisneros shop assistant 1 year with Ben's.
