Seeing the same familiar faces around the shop is one reason our clients keep returning.  Virtually every technician has been with the company for over 15 years.  They not only listen to what our customers say about their cars, but also have the ability to listen to the ‘inner’ Mercedes.  Mature and knowledgeable, these craftsmen could command positions at any Mercedes-Benz repair facility in the country. 

Our exclusive focus on Mercedes-Benz and depth of experience enables us to make accurate diagnoses and provide fast, reliable service.  We are proud of our team!  Here is a brief description of who is under the hood:

Barry Snider service manager 23 years with Ben's. Prepped open-wheel formula cars in the '70's and '80's. Formerly with Ferrari of Houston.

Cherry Wittrig service director 11 years with Ben’s.  Manages technicians and work flow throughout the shop.  Customer Relations is her specialty!

John Kamrath parts department manager 25 years with Ben’s.  Specializes in Mercedes-Benz parts and parts requisition.  “Best in the Business”

Tony Matisi technician In 24 years with Ben’s he has worked from porter to top level technician.  He loves photography, camping, hiking and is an avid cyclist.

Antonio Gonzalez technician 12 years with Ben’s.  He has worked his way up from porter to technician.  He became a new father in 2009!

Chris Miller technician First year with Ben’s.  Has been a technician for 9 years.  He specializes in exotic sports cars.

Billy Dubes technician 15 years with Ben’s.  He is a diagnostic specialist and avid golfer!

Jack Hicks technician 28 years with Ben's. Former racer and mechanic for Yamaha's USA racing team before a knee injury forced his retirement

Eric Anderson technician and alignment specialist 18 years with Ben’s.  Lifetime of working on cars.  State Inspector and alignment specialist.

Robert Brown facilities manager and parts assistant manager Has been in the industry 12 years!

Paul Rogue receptionist Nursing student at University of Texas.
