Ben's Workshop cares about their reputation. When I followed up to have my repair completed, they were courteous and friendly. They acknowledged the oversight, and made the repair in a timely manner while I waited. The service manager had read my original 3-star (which is still 'A-OK' and not a bad rating) review and clearly wanted to make sure that my problem was both recognized and resolved. For this, I'm glad to tip to a "Yay! I'm a fan." rating. They are straight-shooters.

Mercedes transmission replacement with a computer. It’s a big deal cost a lot. It’s registered to me by Mercedes matched up with my drivers license title and registered to me and my SUV. All-wheel-drive diesel 2008. Now it’s like a new car between all the other things I’ve done with only 140 something miles on it. It’s broken in finally ready to rock ‘n’ roll. Haven’t gotten to drive it a lot. It seems to be running perfectly.

Super customer service, one can tell the business really appreciates their customers. In this day, great service at a very reasonable prices can be sometimes hard to find. Did I say they are fast? At least with a headline replacement. Have you seen their lobby? Comfy- cozy with treats and drinks (coffee, tea, water). I'm glad they are in Austin.
